On the 29th day of August, 2023, Hon. Barr. Fidelis Bemsen Mnyim was sworn in as the Attorney-General, and Commissioner For Justice and Public order of Benue State, thus becoming the Attorney General of the Benue State and the first Commissioner to superintend over the newly reorganised Ministry of Justice and Public Order.
